My Book Buddy is operational at many schools with overcrowded classes, lack of teaching materials and poorly trained teachers. The concept must not conflict with existing education systems. The loan of the books is generally good, however there may be more from the process of loan, read and return. But time and expertise are missing. Therefore, it is recommended that u use more manpower.

Pupils from a higher class may or may not be helped by a parent, assisting in this process. But also, be used at Buddy read or read, where older students tutor younger children who have difficulty reading, guide and read together.  This requires a good guided selection of a team of 4 children and possibly a parent and a short training. These kids are than a year active and develop a number of skills and experience do experience.  For this vocational training would grant can be requested.

The skills that should be practiced during a short course:

• Making summaries

• Guiding children

• Use of a dictionary

• Enter into dialogue

• Observing the children

• Organizing the books
